Cherry Blossoms were in full bloom this spring morning at Inokashira Park in Tokyo, Japan. Renting a boat and paddling on the lake is a very popular way to spend a beautiful day there. This painting was selected for the Hawaii Watercolor Society's 2017 juried open exhibition.
